Jupiter Health Treeby is a Mixed Billing Practice, therefore many consultations may have fees associated. We still continue to bulk bill if you meet the criteria (Certain Doctors Only), please ask reception if unsure. As a practice, we believe that everyone deserves to have access

BULK BILLED CRITERIA

Access to healthcare is very important to us. Therefore, we will continue to bulk bill the following patients;

• 16 years and under
• Chronic Disease Care Plans
• Health Assessments
• Care Plans
• Heath Care Cards / Concession Card Holders/ Patients over age 70yrs >

Please be advised that our standard consultation fees however may vary depending on provider of service.

Medicare rebates are given to patients with valid Medicare cards.

Exceptions

• Weekend Fees, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm, & Public Holidays
• Walk in patients occur extra out of pocket fees- please call reception for further information.

AFTER HOURS CONSULTATIONS

These fees are for afterhours opening hours. These hours are Mon-Fri before 8am and after 8pm, Saturdays after 1pm and all-day Sunday and Public Holidays.

• Standard Consult: $105.00
• Long Consult: $155.00

Procedures – Iron Infusions, Implanon, Mirena,  Skin Procedures, Wedge Resections, etc.

Some specialized appointments such as the above will incur a fee, the doctor or reception will advise you of this fee when booking the appointment.

COVID-19 TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS at discretion of individual GPs

Non – MEDICARE Card Holders

For all non-Medicare card holders, a list of our consultation fees is provided below.

  • WEEKDAY FEES: $55.00
  • WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: $65.00
• Standard Consultation
  • WEEKDAY FEES: $80.00
  • WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: $105.00
• Long Consultation
  • WEEKDAY FEES: $130.00
  • WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: $155.00

Not covered under Medicare

Medicare does not cover all services.

Listed below are services that Medicare does NOT cover, payment will be required to be paid on the day of your appointment.

• Driving Medical Assessments (Private): $99.00 inc. GST
• Driving Medical Assessments (Commercial): $154.00 inc. GST
• Pre-Employment Medicals: From $165.00 inc. GST
