Our Appointments - Telehealth Consults

We are available for face to face and telephone consultations. Book your appointment via Hot Doc or call (08) 6499 4414. If you have cold or flu like symptoms, please advise our reception staff prior to your appointment so we can make arrangements accordingly. If you are unable to get in to see your doctor or have symptoms of COVID 19 we can do your consult over the phone. Please call our reception team and ask for more information or to book an appointment. Please note you must have attended the practice within the last 12 months to qualify for a telehealth visit.

Billing Policies

Welcome to Jupiter Health Treeby. We are a mixed billing practice, which means that there may be fee’s associated with your consult. If you have any questions or concerns about our billing practices, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly reception staff for assistance. Fee's may vary - Results are NOT bulk billed Weekdays: Standard: $85 (10mins) | Extended: $100 (15mins) | Long: $150 (20mins) Weekends & Public Holidays (private billing for all): Standard: $115 | Extended: $130 | Long: $185 A fee applies for missed appointments or less than 2 hour's notice.

We need to protect many vulnerable members of our community but also need to manage the care of our patients with respiratory symptoms If you have cold or flu like symptoms, please advise our reception staff prior to your appointment so we can make arrangements accordingly. If you are unable to get in to see your doctor or have symptoms of COVID 19 we can do your consult over the phone. We will book a telehealth appointment and can arrange a safe face to face appointment avoiding any time in the waiting room. Please note you must have attended the practice within the last 12 months to qualify for a telehealth visit or be registered via MyMedicare.
